To secure a session, clients must either complete a booking process, which may include signing a contract and paying a deposit or pay within 14 days of the shoot.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session with at least 1 week notice without penalty. WHPhotography reserves the right to accommodate rescheduling based on availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during the booking process.

• Arriving on time for scheduled sessions.

• Communicating any specific requests or needs prior to the session.
  

6. Rights and Usage

• Copyright: WHPhotography retains copyright of all images taken during sessions. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use.

• Commercial Use: Any commercial use of images requires a separate agreement and additional fees.
  

7. Delivery of Images

Clients will receive high-resolution images suitable for printing and sharing.

8. Liability

WHPhotography is not liable for any damages, including personal injury or property damage, arising from the use of our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold WHPhotography harmless from any claims related to their sessions.

9. Changes to Terms

WHPhotography reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
